Walks

Guests are welcome to walk round the property and can directly join a footpath and bridleway from the surrounding fields.

There are several good circular walks direct from the cottages.

A multitude of walks are accessible on the moor, from short strolls to all day hikes.

Horse Riding

Cholwell Farm, Mary Tavy for trekking on the moor.

Swimming Pool

Mount Kelly College, Tavistock has 25m and 50m swimming pools open to the public.

River Swimming

There are lots of great places for a bracing fresh water dip on and around the moor. Or guests can paddle in the River Burn here at Wringworthy.

Beaches / Surfing

Many beaches are in easy reach on both the north coast and south coast of Cornwall and Devon.
